I'm a certified post-graduate professional with a 120-hrs TESOL certification. I have a strong background in project coordination, and stakeholder engagement and programme coordination. Additionally, I have extensive experience in the delivery of training and facilitation in organizations and in small group. This background has enabled me to be understanding of where the students level are and how to coach them to make progress. Using facilitation techniques in managing my classroom, so that I get the input of shy students so they don't like the class unfulfilled. This is generally a rewarding feeling as I seek to motivate everyone and even if their responses are incorrect, I don't tell them its wrong but I strategically ask if anyone has any other responses then I provide the correction.

I currently volunteer online, by teaching young adults English since August 2025. As a professional who believes in excellence and making a positive impact, I ensure that my lessons are geared towards empowering my students and as such I focus on leveraging my skills to deliver interactive and engaging lessons. I ensure students understand the importance of participation, by asking them to speak so their pronunciation can be improved on, write so they can get feedback and also critique the input of fellow students as a means of collective improvement.
