My mission is to empower young scholars, teenagers, adults and professionals, through high-quality research and mentorship that resonates strongly with my own passion for helping learners grow in confidence, skill, and independence.
Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered curriculum across diverse contexts — from senior school classrooms to online learning environments serving teenagers, business professionals, medical doctors, and academic researchers. My transition into online education after retirement strengthened my ability to adapt curriculum for remote learning, integrate technology effectively, and support learners with varied goals, backgrounds, and levels of academic readiness. I consistently tailor instructional materials to meet individual needs, track progress, and ensure meaningful learning outcomes.
My experience aligns closely with the responsibilities of this role. I have developed lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that support clear learning objectives and measurable progress. I am comfortable guiding learners and colleagues through structured learning processes, offering training, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism. My long teaching career has also equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build rapport quickly — qualities that are essential when collaborating with mentors, students, and program teams across global contexts.
