Sarishma Lakan

I am a certified English teacher with nine years of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults. I hold an Advanced TEFL Certificate, a TEYL Specialist Course Certificate, and Cambridge English Exam Preparation Certificates. I have helped many students prepare successfully for exams such as KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and IELTS. I also specialize in Business English and General English, working with learners of all ages and levels.

My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and focused on real communication. I believe lessons should be practical and enjoyable, so I use activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life examples to bring English to life. I also adapt each lesson to my students’ needs, whether their goal is fluency, exam success, or confidence in work and travel situations.

For Business English, I create lessons around meetings, presentations, email writing, and other workplace needs. For exam preparation, I give students strategies, practice tasks, and feedback to help them feel ready and confident.

My aim is always to build confidence and steady progress in a comfortable environment. I encourage students to use English actively, learn from mistakes, and enjoy the process.
